How to cancel the subscription service of Cloud Storage for Camera/Message Notification/Phone Notification?

Step-by-step guide to cancel subscription services for cloud storage, SMS notification, and call notification.

Here are the specific steps to manage various service subscriptions. You can choose the corresponding operation according to your needs:

Management of SMS notification / call notification subscriptions

  1. Open the App, and click [Smart] in the bottom menu bar;
  2. After entering the page, click [My Orders] in the upper right corner;
  3. On the order page, select the [Subscriptions] option on the right;
  4. Find the SMS notification or call notification subscription order you need to manage, click on "More Details" of the order to perform operations such as canceling automatic renewal.

Management of video cloud storage subscriptions

  1. Open the App, and click [Smart] in the bottom menu bar;
  2. After entering the page, find and click [Service Hall];
  3. In the Service Hall, select [Order];
  4. Click [Subscriptions] on the right side of the page;
  5. Find your video cloud storage subscription order, click on "More Details" of the order to perform operations such as canceling automatic renewal.
