Why isn't weather information displayed on the Home page of my App?
Dear user. The weather information is displayed above the device list only after you complete your home information and location. You can tap it to view detailed weather information.
Requirements for Weather Display
The weather information will only appear on your homepage after you have:
- Completed your home information setup
- Set your home location
How to Set Up
- Complete Home Information: Ensure your home profile is fully configured in the app
- Set Location: Add your location to enable weather data for your area
- Access Weather: Once configured, the weather information will appear above your device list
Viewing Detailed Weather
After the weather information appears on your homepage, you can:
- Tap the weather display to view comprehensive weather details
- Access extended forecasts
- View additional weather metrics

Weather Still Not Showing

Location Not Detected
If your location is not being detected automatically:
- Enable GPS/location services on your device
- Grant location permission to the app in your device settings
