What should I do if the device status (on/off) displayed on the widget is incorrect?

What should I do if the device status (on/off) displayed on the widget is incorrect?

This may be due to unsynchronized data or abnormal widget cache. You can fix it by following these steps:

  1. Restart the App to refresh the data
    1. Completely close the App in the background (swipe it away from the phone's multitasking interface) and reopen the App.
    2. Enter the control page of any device (such as the switch or adjustment interface) and wait for 5–10 seconds to force the data to update.
    3. Note for Android users: For some models, you need to set the App to Allow background running in the phone's Background Management to prevent it from being automatically cleared by the system, which would cause data not to update.
  2. Re-add the widget
    1. Long-press the widget on the home screen and select Remove or Delete.
    2. From the phone's Widget Library or the Widget entry in the App, re-drag the widget of the corresponding device to the home screen to ensure it is bound to the latest data.
  3. Check the device's network connection
    1. Check if the device indicator is normal (for example, the Wi-Fi light is always on). If it is offline, you can restart the device or reset the network.
