I need to reconfigure my device, but I don't know how to reset the device to EZ/AP mode (pairing mode)?

Learn how to reset your Wi-Fi device to EZ/AP mode (pairing mode) for reconfiguration.

Hello, we recommend that you refer to the product manual or consult with the seller for specific operation instructions. Below are some general methods for your reference.

For Most Devices with a Reset Button

After the device has been powered off for more than 10 seconds, restart the device, then press and hold the device's reset button for approximately 5 seconds until the device's indicator light starts flashing rapidly or a prompt tone is heard (for switch-type devices, the reset button is usually the button on the switch itself), indicating that the device has entered network pairing mode.

For Lighting Devices

After the device has been powered off for more than 10 seconds, restart the device, then turn the device's power on and off three or five times (with a 2-4 second interval between each on and off) until the light starts flashing rapidly, indicating that the device has entered network pairing mode.

If the above methods do not apply to your device, please refer to your product manual or contact the manufacturer for device-specific instructions.
