What does each package in the video cloud storage service mean?

Understanding the different video cloud storage service packages and their features

  1. You can purchase cloud storage service based on your requirements. For example, if you purchase a 7-day event package, the cloud stores your videos from the latest seven days and deletes the videos that have been stored for longer than seven days.

  2. Event-triggered upload occurs when a device detects changes in the video feed and uploads the video to the cloud.

  3. The service may be valid for one month or year. Within the service validity period, you can view videos stored on the cloud.

If you want all your cameras to use cloud storage services, you must purchase cloud storage services for each camera. If you transfer the camera to another App account, the cloud storage service needs to be purchased again. Thank you for your support and understanding.
