Dear user, the maximum number of devices that can be added to a single family: 120, and the maximum number of families that can be created by a single App account is: 20. So in theory, the App can add 2400 Bluetooth devices.

Device Limits:

  • Maximum devices per family: 120
  • Maximum families per account: 20
  • Total theoretical capacity: 2,400 devices

Why Can't I Add More Devices?

The reason why you can't add a few Bluetooth devices is because they are limited by the Bluetooth performance of your mobile phone.

Solution: Use a Bluetooth Gateway

If you have requirements in this area, you need to:

  1. Add a Bluetooth gateway first
  2. Add Bluetooth devices through the Bluetooth gateway
