Resolve third-party voice control issues after device firmware upgrades

After device has been upgraded, it cannot be used by third parties (Alexa, Google Assistant)?

Dear user. Since the device will be offline when the device is upgrading the firmware, if your network is unstable, after the firmware upgrade is completed, the third-party speaker will fail to synchronize with the device, so it cannot be controlled. Please check in the following ways:

  1. Remove the device and add it again with stable and strongly network.

  2. Unbinding with our App, then re-bind our skill and try again.

  3. Please confirm that you enter your account password for logging in to App.

If the problem still exists, You can provide feedback to us through the feedback path in the App,Thank you for your support and understanding.
