When the language of the app is English, but the language of the device's alarm push pop-up message is displayed in Chinese, what is the reason?

Understand why alarm push notifications may display in a different language than your app settings and how to fix it.

The language of the device's alarm push pop-up message depends on the mobile system language when logging into the App. We suggest that you confirm whether the mobile system language before logging into the App is English.

If you switch the mobile system language or App language after logging into the App, the language of the alarm push pop-up message will not switch accordingly. If you want to switch the language, you need to exit the App, switch the mobile system language, and then log in to the App again.
