App features and usage limits?

Learn about the maximum limits for various features in the Smart Life app including devices, automations, and home management.

Dear user. The limits are as follows:

  1. Maximum number of scheduled tasks per device: 30 local scheduled tasks, 200 cloud-based scheduled tasks

  2. Maximum number of devices that can be added to a single home: 1000 (200 before version 6.9.0)

  3. Maximum number of one Tap-to-Run that can be created for a single home: 200 (100 before version 6.9.0)

  4. Maximum number of automations that can be created for a single home: 200

  5. Maximum number of actions that can be added to a single one Tap-to-Run: 200

  6. Maximum number of actions that can be added to a single automation: 200

  7. Maximum number of conditions that can be added to a single automation: 10

  8. Maximum number of mobile devices a single account can log in to simultaneously: 200

  9. Maximum number of homes a single App account can create: 20

  10. Maximum number of family members that can be added to a single home: 20

  11. Maximum number of rooms that can be created for a single home: 20

  12. Maximum number of devices that can be added to a single room: 50

  13. Maximum number of devices that can be added to a single device group: 100

  14. Maximum number of device groups that can be created for a single home: 20

  15. Maximum number of users a single device group can be shared with: 20

  16. Maximum number of users a single device can be shared with: 20
