My device needs to be re-configured, but I don't know how to reset the device into EZ/AP Mode (pairing mode)?

Learn how to reset your Wi-Fi device into EZ/AP Mode (pairing mode) for re-configuration.

Hello, we suggest that you refer to the product manual or consult the seller for specific operating instructions. Here are some common methods for your reference.

For Most Devices with a Reset Button

After the device is powered off for more than 10 seconds, power on the device again, then press and hold the reset button on the device for about 5 seconds (for switch-type devices, the reset button is often the switch button itself) until the device's indicator light starts flashing quickly or a prompt tone is heard, indicating that the device has entered the network pairing state.

For Lighting Devices

After the device is powered off for more than 10 seconds, power on the device again, then turn the device's power on and off three or five times (with a 2-4 second interval between each on and off), until the light starts flashing quickly, indicating that the device has entered the network pairing state.

If the above methods do not work for your device, please refer to your product manual or contact the manufacturer for device-specific instructions.
