The device can be turned on by third-party voice control, but it will be automatically turned off in a few minutes?

Dear user. If you do so:

  1. Check whether the device is offline in our App; if it's offline, please remove it from our App then add again;

  2. If the device is online in our App, please check whether there is an automation to turn it off in our App and third-party smart speaker Apps;

  3. If there isn't such an automation, please check whether the device can be fully operated with the on/off switch in both Apps, if you can't control your device with the Apps, please remove it from our App and add again.
