Learn how to add a Bluetooth gateway device to your network through the mobile app.

You can add a Bluetooth gateway to your network by following these steps:

Steps to Add a Bluetooth Gateway

  1. Access the device addition page: On the App homepage, tap the plus sign in the top right corner to add a device and enter the device addition page.

  2. Select the gateway category: Choose the product category under the "Gateway Control" category.

  3. Prepare the gateway: Connect the gateway to the power supply and set the device to the network standby state according to the product manual.

  4. Complete the network connection: Follow the instructions in the App to connect the gateway to the network.

When connecting the gateway, make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network frequency band.
