Dear user, you can remove Bluetooth mesh devices only in a connected state. You can also reset the Bluetooth mesh device, and then remove it from the App.

Make sure your Bluetooth mesh device is in a connected state before attempting to remove it from the network.

Steps to Remove

  1. Ensure the device is connected to your network
  2. Open the App and navigate to the device
  3. Either directly remove the device while connected, or:
    • Reset the Bluetooth mesh device first
    • Then remove it from the App
