How to Check Device Offline Status

Dear user, if you want to know if the device is offline in the App, please open the App and see if the device appears offline in the list of devices in the App.

The offline status is displayed directly in your device list. Simply check the device list in your app to see which devices are currently offline.

Where to Find Device Status

  3. Look for devices marked as "offline" or with an offline indicator
