Can the App supports add two devices which in two different networks?

Learn how to add and manage devices across different networks in the same or different homes.

Question

Can the App supports add two devices which in two different networks?

Answer

Dear user. If you do so:

  1. You can use the home function to put the device in different homes, because the devices added in the App do not have to be under the same Wi-Fi (local area network).

  2. You can also add these two devices to the same home, because the devices added in the App do not have to be under the same Wi-Fi (local area network).

Devices added to the App can be in different Wi-Fi networks. You have the flexibility to organize them in separate homes or keep them together in the same home.
